A gingham blazer has finally made it’s way into my wardrobe. I’ve always loved dark gingham for fall and gingham in all other colors for summer, but I’ve never owned a lot of gingham pieces.
I’ve worked on that issue this summer by adding gingham shoes and decided I could really get a bang for my buck with a gingham blazer. I do wear blazers four to five days a week to work, so it’s the most practical piece for me.

I ordered this blazer from Banana Republic during Fourth of July sales and applied some of my rewards, making this around $15 out of pocket for me. This blazer is a little stiff, but so crisp and it feels like it will soften and relax with wear. I paired my blazer with red for this first wear, but I will likely pair it with every color in the rainbow and my closet.
