It’s the third Monday again and I’ve got some stylish fall work wear for this month’s 9 to 5 Style. It’s just me again this month. I’m sharing 5 ways to dress for work this fall that are stylish and on trend.
Our temperatures dropped enough this weekend for me to be hopeful about fall. I know many of you are not going to the office right now and may not be for the rest of the year, but a few of you are at the office. I’m there 1-2 days per week.
The less you do something, the more out of practice you get, right? I find myself standing at the closet on those days I go to the office wondering what to wear because I’m not putting together work wear outfits as often these days. Add the season change to that, and I’m just lost some days. If you are struggling with that issue too, these fall work outfits will help you bust out of that rut.

Clearly I gravitate towards burgundy in the fall. Fortunately, it’s trending again this year in the form of red wine. Pinks are also popular this year.
1 Pair a fall colored camisole with black pants and a blazer.

2 Blues and navy are trending this fall. Mix them with other traditional fall colors. Fall is the perfect time for your loafers and mules and are a great finishing touch to fall work wear.
3 Plaid is classic for fall and orange is a trending color this year. Pair a brown plaid blazer and orange top with black or navy pants. Both work in this outfit. Add a pop of leopard.
4 Don’t forget the power of booties (or shooties) with skirts. Add a moto jacket or moto blazer. (These peep toes shoes are on sale in my Poshmark closet.)
5 Animal print continues to be trendy. Sub zebra print for leopard here if you wish. Leopard is a neutral that will go with any color cardigan you own.
