Hello and Happy October! How is it that we have less than three months left of 2020? Let’s pray this year finishes better than it started.
All hasn’t been forsaken- Prime Day is still happening. It usually happens in July but was postponed. Now it’s happening October 13 and 14th. What is Prime Day?
Amazon rolls out tons of discounts throughout the day, much like they do on Black Friday, exclusive to Prime members. Some will only last for a certain period of time, like a couple of hours.
Make sure you are an Amazon Prime member. You can try Prime for a 30- day free trial. If it’s not for you, just cancel at the end of your 30 day period. But I bet when you see how easy it is to get everything under the sun at your front door in two days with FREE SHIPPING, you will be addicted and keep it. Prime members also get free access to around 1,000 Kindle book selections, instant streaming of select movies and music, access to Prime Wardrobe (a try before you buy service) and much more.
Download the Amazon app and turn on notifications so you can get notified when the deals begin. Make sure you have personalized notifications enabled so you can get sneak peeks of some of the deals. Then hit “watch this deal” and be notified when it starts. One note about the app: if you want to support me or a favorite blogger, and you are shopping from a link recommended, please go to Amazon.com to purchase the item. I won’t get credit for the purchase from the app. Thanks for understanding. It also helps me see what interests you so I can bring you more good stuff.
You can also search on Prime Day to see if the item you want has a “Prime Day Deal” badge. The fun of it is the surprise of what’s on sale. You can bet I’ll be scrolling through my saved lists to see if things are on sale. You can see many of my Amazon purchases here, and see my recommendations in my store front.
It’s also time to look back at your favorite posts and products. These are the posts with the most views during the month of September and the products with the most clicks/purchases.
The Top 5 Posts
No real surprises- Friday Favorites, Top 10 posts, and What I Wore posts always do well.
The top 5 products
These belts have been selling like hot cakes and I just shared them last week! The Target cardigans have been a hit, as well as an Amazon dress I reshared from last year and a top.
Some non fashion related items from Amazon that did well this month are these Mason jar lids (so handy), this digital food scale (use mine every day), the reusable twist ties, make up brush cleaner (love this when I want to change eye shadow palettes) and the Opi crystal nail file.
That’s it for today! Were any of these your favorite posts and products?
Have a great weekend.
