If you have been struggling to lose weight, a little or a lot, or you are just not seeing results from your workouts, this is for you. This is the best way to lose fat.

What is the Faster Way to Fat Loss?
It’s a fitness and nutrition program that incorporates intermittent fasting, macro nutrition, carb cycling, and workouts to burn fat in the most efficient way possible. But there are tons of other benefits besides just burning fat!
The Faster Way to Fat Loss focuses on whole food nutrition and excludes gluten and dairy. Yeah, you have to give up a couple of things, but you will see amazing results when you do.
How it works in general:
You sign up for a six-week program, usually under a specific coach. You don’t have to sign up under a specific coach, but it will ask if you are signing up with a certain coach when you do. My coach is Erica Dregits . We met through instagram. She is an awesome coach who always answers my questions. You are assigned a coach and a group that you go through the program with.
There is no need to worry about who might be in your group. There are separate groups for women and for men. Your spouse can do this with you. There will be people of all ages, fitness levels and with different goals in the groups, yet this program works for everyone! No need to worry if you only have a little weight to lose, or a lot, or none. If you just want to feel better in general, this is a great program to try for a reset on life, nutrition and fitness. There is no comparison game here and the focus is on progress, not perfection.
The whole first week is prep week, where you don’t really have to do anything but read and learn. There is nothing to do ahead of day 1 other than sign up. Once you do sign up, you get immediate access to recipes, workouts and the materials through the app. You can start reading and learning and trying out the workouts if you want.
As you go through the program, you learn the best way to lose fat, how to fast, how to count macros- protein, carbs and fat- and how much of each macro you need to achieve your goals. You will learn about healthy foods that help you hit your macro targets. You are even given a meal plan for each day, but if you don’t like those foods, you don’t have to eat them. Everyone eats something different and eats a different amount of calories based on their needs. The one thing you do is EAT A LOT OF FOOD! What?? EAT MORE to LOSE FAT? CAN EATING REALLY BE A WAY TO LOSE FAT? YEP!
My round moved pretty slow and it was easy to get a good grasp on what I needed to be doing. I was actually shocked at how slow and easy it moved, but I understand they might have picked up the pace a little because some thought it was too slow. One thing you can expect and count on from The Faster Way to Fat Loss is that they are constantly working to improve things. When we stay the same and stop trying new things, we stop growing, so they definitely change things up from time to time.
The Components to Effective Fat Loss and What they Mean
You will learn way more about all of this from a round of Faster Way to Fat Loss than I can tell you in one post, but here’s a brief overview:
Intermittent Fasting– the goal is to get to a window of eating during an 8 hour period, and fasting the remaining 16. It’s totally doable and you can start out with a 10/14 or 12/12 window if you have never done intermittent fasting before. By fasting, you allow your body time to burn fat as an energy source and to detox and repair. If you are eating all the time, the body has to focus on digestion all the time and doesn’t get to fully rest and take care of other functions. When you do eat during your 8 hour window, you eat lots of food, so you will not be hungry all the time once you adjust. I really only get hungry about an hour or two before my first meal. After that, I’m good to go and eat to meet macros, not because I’m hungry.
Carb cycling- Carb cyling is basically eating low carb some days and regular amounts of carbs other days. In the Faster Way to Fat Loss, you eat low carb for two days and regular carbs the other five days. The program will help you figure out how many carbs per day you need. Eating low carb works for some people for a period of time, but the body is very adaptive and eventually it won’t work. You need healthy carbs so carb cycling is much more efficient than an all low carb diet.
Macro nutrition – Proteins, carbs and fat- These are the primary nutrients that provide energy for our bodies and we need a certain amount of each. Once you calculate your needs in the Faster Way to Fat Loss, you don’t count calories- you count macros.
The workouts Each round of Faster Way to Fat Loss provides workouts for low impact/beginner levels, active/ at home workouts and for the gym. They focus on sprints/HIIT on low carb days to burn fat and strength training for the other days. There are rest days as well. Each workout is designed to provide maximum results and to work each and every muscle group. Nothing is ignored. I’ve worked muscles I didn’t know existed!
You don’t have to do the workouts. If all of this is new to you and a bit overwhelming, it’s totally okay to focus on the nutrition only and incorporate some walking into your routine. I highly encourage you to work your way up to and into the workouts, but again, you can still get results just from eating the right nutrition.
My personal experience and results

I lost three pounds and a total of one inch. Now that doesn’t sound like much, but the pounds were right on track for the goal I set of 1/2 pound per week. One-half inch came off my hips. My clothes fit better overall. Yes! And I feel amazing. My energy levels are up and I was doing pretty well before I started. My best result is how good I feel. I look forward to each day and to my workouts like I never have before. And remember, style and beauty are not just about the outside. It comes from inside.
These photos are exactly six weeks apart. I’m still seeing results. It takes all of the six weeks to see progress, especially if you start out a bit ahead of the curve like I did. If you are giving up gluten, fasting, etc for the first time, you will see more dramatic results. Regardless of your starting point, don’t give up. See this through the entire six weeks.
I’m going to let you in on a secret… I read about this program from lots of other bloggers a couple of years ago, but like you may be thinking, I thought that was too much money to invest. I tried to incorporate these elements on my own. AND… I failed miserably. I learned from this round that I wasn’t doing my macros and calories correctly. I was led astray from other information on the internet. I was doing intermittent fasting and strength training but it wasn’t working for me like it has over the past eight weeks. There is just something unique and very effective about the whole combination of things you are taught in the Faster Way to Fat Loss. The way to lose fat really is a science and there is a great benefit to having everything explained to you and available to you in the Faster Way app and from a coach.
I was already fasting and working out with HIIT and strength training before I started Faster Way to Fat Loss. I was skeptical that anything would really change when I started this. I was already gluten free and mostly dairy free- I only eat cheese and occasionally ice cream. Could I really see results? The answer is YES!
YES! YES! YES! I could have saved myself a whole lot of frustration two years ago if I had just went ahead and invested in the program then. I’d be two years ahead of having the body I really want. I’m getting there now. I’d easily pay the fee and more now knowing what I know now. Really- can you put a price on your health? How much do you spend on meds that might be eliminated with proper nutrition? How much do you spend on that gym membership that’s not really getting you the results you want?
Sure I can google and search pinterest for workouts on my own but that wasn’t working for me. None of those pretty pins really show me the proper form and none of them quite combine moves that work all of the muscles that work together. I find it really helpful to do the Faster Way to Fat Loss videos with the trainers because they talk you through the proper form and give tips and encouragement as you go.
