Hello and welcome back to another edition of What I Wore Lately. These summer work from home outfits span a couple of weeks.
I’m back to doing about 3/4 of my work the “normal” way with in person contacts and in person court and teleworking the rest of the time. For some crazy reason I haven’t photographed any of the office outfits I’ve worn when I had to go in lately, so these are all work from home outfits and casual summer outfits. Since I no longer have to worry about so many video contacts when I’m teleworking, I’m making use of my summer wardrobe that I otherwise would not get so much wear from.

Tshirt dress + Bzees wedges– There is nothing comfier than this outfit. I even skipped accessories, but if I were going out of the house, I’d have some on. A dress like this is the perfect summer work from home outfit. If you need to be video ready, throw on a blazer or cardigan.

Cut offs + tie front top- I didn’t really wear the hat and earrings all day at home, but it makes for a cute outfit to wear out when the need comes.

Tee +linen drawstring shorts– After a Saturday of working out and cleaning, this is how I spent the rest of the day relaxing. I’ve had these shorts for several years and I love wearing them around the house and out. They are so comfy. If you don’t have a pair, I’d recommend you get a pair ASAP.

Gingham shorts + black top + denim jacket

Floral shorts + striped top

White cut off shorts + popover
Shirt- JCrew/ old; option; shorts- DIY; option; sandals – Aerosoles; option
Linen drawstring shorts + striped tee + white denim jacket – These shorts again. I ended up lounging most of the day in just the shorts and tee, minus the jacket and sneakers but it’s helpful to have a complete outfit put together in case I need/decide to run somewhere or for the future.

Button fly crop flare jeans + grey tee + bright earrings + bright sandals
When you can’t layer in the summer because it’s too hot, keep outfit interesting with details like button flys, twist tops and pops of color.

Denim jacket + striped dress + bright sandals- This black and white combo would work with any combo of bright colored sandals- yellow, pink, red, etc.

Tie front shorts + floral top + white denim jacket- I actually wore the jacket part of the day because one of our AC units broke last week and the hubby (over) compensated by blasting the AC on the main unit.
