Happy Friday! Did you kick off fall with a bang Monday? It’s still in the 90s here, so not much feels like fall here. That didn’t stop me from pulling out some fall decor on Sunday. At least I can crank down the AC and have fall inside.

1- I finally found some tiered trays that I like and that work on my counter space. I tried out a couple that I had to return but ended up with two-tier tray from Michael’s and one from Hobby Lobby. I needed a shorter one to clear the cabinets on my kitchen counter because I wanted to put a tray in the corner on my counter. This two tier tray from Michael’s worked out perfectly.

I picked up the pumpkin spice everything sign when I bought the tray and everything else was in my bin of fall decor. I just love seeing this every morning when I get my coffee and every evening when I’m preparing dinner.
Since I was on a roll with trays and found them at a good deal, I went ahead and kept a three tier tray from Hobby Lobby. It’s too tall for the counter top under the cabinets, but I can use it as a centerpiece on my tables. It’s currently on the pub table in the morning room.

It’s also filled with things from my existing decor. When I first put it together, I thought it was missing something and I didn’t have a sign for it. I grabbed a mini chalkboard easel that has been in my craft stash forever intended for another project (I have multiples of the chalkboards. I was thinking about making a wreath.) I wrote out my own “Happy Fall Y’all” sign with chalk.
2- More fall decor and the pumpkin truck– Blogs are so persuasive. Another blogger shared this truck and I had to have it. I have a thing for old trucks. I’ll be looking for a miniature one for the trays. The deal was sealed when I popped over to the Kirkland’s site and saw that there was a 30% off coupon and I could order and pick up at my local store.

The truck is proudly displayed on our bookshelf and I decorated the rest of the shelf with some random pumpkins. My bookshelf is really all I have to decorate in the living room (other than the mantel) because we still haven’t gotten a coffee table or end tables! Remember I got new living room furniture in July? We still haven’t finished that project. Arrrghh!

3- I recently ordered these capri joggers from Amazon and they have quickly become my favorite around the house pants. Comfy like pajamas but I could throw on a cute shirt and run out if I had too. The Star Wars tee shirt was a gift because the hubby is a fan (I’m not) and it’s super soft and has that vintage feel, but I only wear it around the house.
