White jeans are essential to lightening up the look of outfits and giving your outfit a spring vibe. No need to be afraid of them- there is always bleach! White jeans are also pretty easy to dress up if you need to go from casual to dressy.

Temperatures can fluctuate like crazy in the spring with cool morning and evenings, so a denim jacket is another essential to have in your closet for the season. It can add a casual vibe to dressier pieces, or be the perfect completer for a casual outfit like this one.

A striped top in some fun bright colors is perfect for spring, but any neutral striped top like black and white or navy and white can be a spring essential as well. If stripes are not your thing, any patterned top will do, but I favor stripes because they are not too busy.
I completed this outfit with espadrille sandals and some simple jewelry. Layered necklaces are trending this season in the place of heavier statement necklaces.
