Does time get away from you now that the days are longer? Do you find that it’s suddenly bedtime and then suddenly time to get up and get dressed? And you have no idea what to wear? A mini capsule with a few well planned outfits can make getting dressed a breeze. Having white jeans as one of your capsule pieces makes it even easier.
I’m back again today with three more outfits from the spring mini capsule. I have three outfits today, and I’ll wrap up with the last two tomorrow.

Outfit 6- Bright solid top+white jeans +wedges
There is nothing simpler than a solid top and white jeans, and a bright solid top with white jeans says “spring”. The scalloped neckline of this top keeps this outfit from being ‘just a top and jeans.” Little details indicate you put some thought into being well dressed.
Fit tip: I’m wearing a small in this top but it’s snug in the arms and around the bust, so I’m returning it for a medium in hopes that it will fit and drape better. It’s not meant to have much drape, and it is a more fitted top, but I don’t want to tug at it all the time. If you constantly have to adjust your clothing, then they probably don’t fit correctly.

Outfit 7- Cardigan+striped tee+ pencil skirt
This is another look that might be office appropriate depending on your office. The tee makes in a no for me, but a striped shirt in a dressier material would work. I’d be more likely to wear this with nude heeled sandals to church or to a luncheon or shower. Notice that the shirt doesn’t have navy stripes? There was a time, even when I was willing to pattern mix, that I would have thought the top had to have navy in it too. But really, if the colors coordinate, it works.

Outfit 8- Utility jacket + print top+ white jeans + colored flats

jeans- Loft; ballet flats- Target (old) option option; clutch- thrifted;

Add some pop to an outfit with colored flats. Pick a color from your printed top and run with it. Against neutrals like white jeans and an olive utility jacket, both will really pop. My favorite leopard flats come in mustard and lots of other fun colors and textures.
