Boatneck Top and Scalloped hem Winnie pant

I purchased the boatneck top in warm emerald. I had been wanting a top this color all winter, but this color works for spring too. This top is polyester/machine washable. I’m in a small. I’d say it’s true to size and has a pretty drape to it. I will most likely be wearing it to work but it would be pretty to dress up jeans too for a date night. It comes in regular and plus sizes and comes in a gorgeous blue color too.
The scallop hem ankle pants are sooo cute, but I’ll be returning them. I went with an 8, and they fit, but they are too snug of a fit for my comfort level for my work environment. I’m short, just pushing 5’3″, so these are just a tad longer on me than the model. They have a nice stretch but they are form fitting. If that doesn’t bother you, or you are a little less curvy, they would be a great pant. They come in sizes up to 24.

Cherry print washed shirt and scalloped pencil skirt

I could not resist this cherry print washed shirt and the scalloped pencil skirt in autumn coral. The skirt is cotton and it will wrinkle, but I still love JCrew Factory pencil skirts and this hem is so adorable. I usually get an 8 in skirts, but need to have the waist tailored, but for kicks I ordered a 6. The skirt doesn’t have a lot of stretch, so if in between I think sizing up and going to the tailor is still the best bet for me. The shirt is perfect. It’s cotton but a smooth fabric and doesn’t gap in the bust. I’m wearing a small and usually find JCrew Factory button ups to be gap free in the bust. This fun print can be styled so many ways, casual or dress. The color is called cherry pink mint, but I find it to be a little more peachy than pink.
I was afraid the phone was making the skirt look a little too neon, so I went outside to try and capture the true color. It’s still a little bright but it will be a popular spring color.

Ruffle Sleeve Camp shirt

Ruffles are going to be trendy again this spring and I’m a sucker for a both ruffles and a dot print so I had to try this one out. The top button is pretty low but I found the top to lay well and not expose anything. The ruffles are super cute. The sides of this one cut up a bit high and might make tucking in tricky, but this is still a super cute shirt that can be paired with work attire or shorts like here all the way through summer. It’s rayon and feels so good on. I was waivering on keeping it, but after wearing it around the house to snap some picks it’s growing on me more and more and will likely be a keeper. It also comes in a solid red and solid black.
If you have any questions about these items, please leave me a comment or shoot me an email. I’d love to help if I can. Hope you have a great week. Don’t forget to hop on over to JCrew Factory to take advantage of that 50% off before it ends tonight.
