5 Ways to Wear Tall Taupe Boots

Taupe boots go with everything in your closet. I learned this with my purchase of taupe ankle boots a couple of years back, so when it was time to replace/upgrade some of my tall boots, I knew I wanted a taupe suede pair. Today I’ve got five ways to wear tall taupe boots to share with you.

1- With a chambray dress + tights– I paired the chambray dress with a burgundy cardigan and coordinating scarf, but chambray is a neutral that you can pair almost anything with.

It was not super cold when I wore this outfit, so I put one of my favorite short sleeve tees under the poncho and used the scarf in place of a jacket. This is a great way to get winter feels and vibes in warmer climates.

Tall taupe boots are a must-have in my book.

Happy Friday! It’s also the time when I share five things for Friday.

1- Did you know Amazon has a bargain finds section? As if everything wasn’t great already, there is a bargain section!

2- I finally put to use this beauty spatula. This baby is going to get me two to three more days of use out of my beloved Urban Decay primer. It’s down to the last bit and won’t pump out anymore, but there is still a little more there. Don’t waste those last drops, get this baby!

3- I have been trying to count calories and macros again. The SparkPeople app has really impressed me because it scans the barcode of food items and gives you the nutrition info. No detailed searching is needed.

4- Are you sick of hearing about my Kon Mari process? I’m still working on it and started on books and papers last weekend. This has led to an office clean up, much needed. I won’t get to work on anything this weekend because we will be at a marriage conference, but I have been spending 5-10 minutes a day this week on the office clean up and it’s really helped. Some progress is better than no progress.

5- Don’t miss this weekend’s Fashion Friday deal from Cents of Style– buy 1 get 1 free on select tops! Code is FASHIONFUN.  Henleys, ruffles, twist tops- yes! yes! yes!
